TS4 Snowy Escape EP Brings Japan Back to The Sims
The trailer for The Sims 4's latest expansion pack dropped this morning and I have no words.
EA teased about it yesterday on their social media channels and of course, people already have something to say about it. From "No one asked for this," to "shouldn't this already been included in Season, " people aren't happy.
I, for one, am very excited about this EP, but not for all of the snow/mountain activities. I'm geeking out about it because it is set in Japan. Just like the Japanese village in The Sims 2's Vacations expansion pack, this new one will include new Build/Buy items that I've been craving ever since the base game was introduced.
I can finally have shoji wall patterns, tatami flooring, and all of the other traditional Japanese elements. And judging from the video, it looks like onsens are back. Now I wonder if there will be ninjas, just like in The Sims 2. I guess we'll find out when it is released on November 13.
